Modification conditions
All reservations can be modified depending on room availability, upon request to be made at least 30 days before the start date of the stay.
Travel insurance
Possibility of taking out cancellation insurance when booking. You take out independent travel insurance at our establishment.
For all cancellations, whatever the reason, you must contact the insurance department directly who will manage the file with you.
We are adding this service to offer you the necessary protection in the event of an unforeseen event.
Cancelation
If the cancellation occurs no later than seven days after acceptance of the contract, the deposit will be returned, beyond this period the Deposit remains with the owners.
If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the stay, the owner reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of the accommodation.
If the customer does not appear before 8 p.m. on the day of the stay, this contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his guest rooms. The owner reserves the right to claim the balance of the accommodation price.
In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains in full with the owners.
Arriving time
The house is closed from 12 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. We will therefore have the pleasure of welcoming you from 4:30 p.m. until 7 p.m.

Departure
On the day of your departure, we ask you to vacate the room for a maximum of 11 hours in order to facilitate maintenance.
Access to the swimming pool will no longer be possible after 11 a.m.
